A clock pulse oscillator is dependent on what your feeding with it. Generally it is a precision oscillator, with a frequency that is more stable than most. It can come out with a square wave, or it may need to be squared up. I suspect this clock signal will need amplified and squared.

It can be a simple RC oscillator that is very imprecise. Depends on what your doing with it.

What is your application?

That device gives a TTL Level square wave output, but it's a specialist part to give a deliberately varying 'spread spectrum' frequency (it continually shifts by a small amount), as well as a programmable division.

You would be better off looking at a generic crystal oscillator module like this type of thing:

There are many types and sizes, both 5V and 3.3V and readily available in many frequencies.

i would like to use for led driver and also mixer to mix two different frequency signal which come from these oscillator
and the part is (which i have sent datasheet) fixed frequency it gives 16 mhz factory frequency so i dont need to programme it.
still can i use these oscillator ?
