HI there, can anyone tell me what components are in this circuit board. It is being used to transfer power from a 5V motor into a USB port for charging a phone/ tablet. Need something very similar for a project I'm doing currently. Thanks in advance!!

A couple electrolytic capacitors, bunch of resistors, an inductor, a diode, an LED and an IC. Your picture doesn't have sufficient resolution to read the part number on the IC.

Why not just buy more? You're not going to be able to make anything for less.
