I wanted to make a IGBT high side circuit, with the help of reference
diagram , i have made a LT spice schematic with charge pump design with
out any gate drivers. The simulation worked fine and as i needed.

But will the circuit will work without gate drivers ?

kindly guide me through this .

How do you actually make V1 and V3 float?

 

I am new to this field. i got reference from internet and made the circuit like this . i am not sure about the mistakes in this circuit. but the simulation with respect to the opening and closing of the igbt works as per my requirement. in the reference diagram attached, i have removed the top igbt and the second igbt i have connected the igbt source up and drain down.

kindly help me in finding the error.the plot for gate voltage and the load current across the resistor of 5 ohm

 

How are you going to do the charge pump?
