hey can someone tell me how to explain the characteristic curves of a BJT by the operation and construction of the BJT..! pls..!

Think of the semiconductor structure of the BJT - NPN or PNP. Are you familiar with the Ebers Moll Equation to describe the characteristic behaviour of the PN-junction diode? You can extrapolate the characteristic curves of the currents in a BJT from the Ebers Moll characteristic.
