Hi, I have a drill press with a Dahlander motor. It has 8 poles and 2 speeds. I tried to make it work with two different inverters both star and delta but it has no torque. Now I think I'll open it and recover all the terminals. I am therefore thinking of separating the two windings (high and low speed) after which I will connect them in star to control with inverter. What do you think about it?When I say separate the windings I mean pulling 12 wires out of the motor.

Tham you for the advice @LowQCab . Shop ask me 300€ to rewind the motor. I already have 250w 3phase 4poles motor. This Is Just the last attempt before I spoil the motor.

today, I opened the motor and changed the wiring from delta to star. As you can see the photo. After that I tested the motor with my inverter. Now it have more torque but still less than the same motor but 4 poles. My doubt is about the resistance. now I have 110ohm From center to each coil.
on single phase line I use to do resistance x volt = watt. In this case how can I determinate the resistance of the motor, 110x3?
It's working fine up to 80hz after that he slow down and start making whistle.
