No. You would need to replace the controllers as well.

 

We do not know which board you have now.
The colorful light source is programmed to produce its light.

 

No more difficult than changing your GAS spark ignited engine into a diesel engine. Well maybe more difficult. Aside from changing the controllers and the LEDs. and the drivers. and the connection scheme, not much else will need changing.
