AWR schematic uses 2x25 and 2x50 Transisitors from .15um WIN PE15 process to design a LNA that operates in Ka band. How can I change it to be a KU band (12-16Ghz)? I have attached the awr file if needed. Thank you

Ku band is Lower in Frequency, so an increase in Inductance or Capacitance in your Tuner will do.

there arent any pdfs or docs related to this. The design notes of the ka band is available in the awr file itself. We basically have to design a ku band that will have the following specs. The LNA is fabricated using GaAs PE15 process from WIN foundry. https://ibb.co/2MmcNh9 (Img link)
