Cellular Bonding

Might be a tuff question but one of my next project would be to build an affordable something where I can transmit and receive video by multiplexing and demuxing an audio and video signal over cellular networks. There's so many of those products on the market and the prices are just ridiculous. I've opened one of those transmitter without naming the company name but it's all off the shelf products. Cellular cards are from ebay, audio & video processors are actually Black Magic products still in their original enclosures. Depending on the models but most of those devices uses Intel NUC computers with Windows 7 onboard. Now there's one part I'm not to sure about is where and how to find the software that will multiplex a audio and video signal send it over 4 or 5 different cellular networks (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint etc...) and demux it to a server so you can actually use the video file. Anybody here has any idea where I could find such software?

Here's a few companies that offer those products but after getting a few quotes I just have to build my own those little boxes just the transmitter runs from $5k to 10K Servers are like $7 to $10k it's ridiculously pricy for what I want to do.

I don't think you can legally do that to somebodys cell network. In any case the information you would need is proprietary. But hey, if you fancy a nice quiet room in Levenworth, I'm sure the telecoms would be happy to accommodate you.

Part of the cost of those devices is regulatory compliance. You can't just spew RF into the ether at will.

Just a side note. You can't even buy a general coverage communications receiver for the cellular frequencies without approval from the government. Manufacturers are required to block those frequencies for sale in the US. Good luck buying a transmitter. Ahhh...cha...cha....cha!!

It's only a USB cellular stick or also called an air card just like that one ( http://www.amazon.ca/Verizon-LG-VL600-AirCard-VL-600/dp/B005NJC9W0) or http://www.amazon.ca/Wireless-Unlocked-Usbconnect-Momentum-Broadband/dp/B007WXOS7Y that you pay a monthly fee for data usage Instead of having 1 attach to your computer you have 4 or 6 connected to an Intel NUC small computer No transmitter required
I'm sorry, I thought you wanted to build such a device. I didn't realize from your post that you intended to purchase complete components, including a type approved transmitter from one of the carriers. You still need a transmitter somewhere to use the cellphone services, unless we're engaging in magical thinking here.

The transmitter would be the 4 USB cellular sticks I get that part what I don't understand is how to get the data to be split (demux) to those 4 transmitters!!! I need that piece of software!! or hardware who knows!!

You could start by asking the people who make the expensive devices to just give it to you. If that doesn't work you could look for an open source project and just take it from the github repository. If that doesn't work you pay someone to write it and if the cost is too much for that approach I guess you'll just have to write it yourself. Those four methods kinda cover the universe of solutions for you. What exactly were you expecting?

Just an update Here's the solution. It's widely used in the broadcast industry. Basically here's what it is H.264 encoder to I.P-->CELLULAR BONDING MODEM--->VPN-->BACK END BONDING MODEM-->H.264 DECODER In order to bond or aggregate multiple services a VPN is required. The VPN is created and comes with the 2 bonding modems.
