Hi, why doesn't the CD 4013 work for me? I need it to divide the input frequency by 2 but the signals are not correct...thanks

Post #3 got it right.
However, Dflop A device is not a CD4013. Check the other Dflop params (like Vhigh and Vlow) that they are set to appropriate values for your circuit.

Rather than using the inbuilt 'digital' functions, try the attached library of CMOS CD4000 parts. Put the LIB file in your LTSpice->LIB->SUB folder and unzip the zip file into your LTSpice->LIB->SYM folder. Restart LTSpice and you'll see a new folder CDLogic in your component dialog.

Not necessarily. If both Preset (Set) and Clear (Reset) are held at logic 1, then Q=0 and _Q =1 for the A-device, whereas according to the TI datasheet both Q and _Q =1 for the CD4013.
Its logical behavior is mostly correct. But its timings and switching levels, by default, are not, and that can create misleading results.
