New to ccts and electronics
In designing a cct how do u conclude that may be there should be capacitor or resistor at a certain point.coz istead of coping what other s have done i preffer making my own cct from my mind.

CCT? Circuit? Shorthand is not your friend in this biz.

Try reading the AAC eBook shown above, it'll get you started.
