How to calculate the capacitor Life. For example I have to design a Product having life 10 Years. How to insure that used capacitor in the product is also having life 10 years.

I have 2 capacitor and details are as below....
Capacitor 1: 10uF, 50V and size 0402
Capacitor 2: 10uF, 50V and size 0603

Since both the capacitor are having same value and voltage ratings only the size is different. So what are the Parameters (Geometry, Construction or Technology) are involved to reduce the size ?

Have you looked at their datasheet? Not being electrolytic, they should last "forever" unless under heavy duty and not protected from overvoltage.

If two caps differing only in physical size are used under identical electrical and mounting conditions, the larger one is likely to be less thermally stressed, so should have a longer life.

The life of a capacitor can be estimated from its rated life and temperature rating at a specific set of conditions.
