It seems that I can't open new threads in the "General Electronics Chat" section.
Is this an issue or some new limitations were introduced?

It's an occasional but persistent bug in the AAC forums.

For starters, try to post a thread with less than 20 characters in its title. If that fails, let us, the mods, create the thread in your place.

The problem usually subsides after half a day or so.

Please tell us how it went so that we can learn more about the problem.

 

It worked with a shorter title .
