Can we use Java code in Adrino for developing solar MPPT system ?

I want to know if this is a feasible combination for a production ready system.

No, Arduino is not a good candidate for Java.

You could do it on Raspberry pi.

Define "production ready" - beware of the many pitfalls in building a stable system with these things.
