can i use this application to learn basics? is this a good programme for beginners

 

For basic stuff it works just fine.The parts library is limited but for a free software application it is OK. Also free but more advanced is LtSpice by Linear Technologies. Anyway, for very basic stuff Fritzing is pretty good. There is likely a dozen free programs out there including some for making boards layout. Any software will have a learning curve and most have their own help forums. You may want to read this thread or just Google free schematic software. Whatever you choose there is a learning curve. You may want to read reviews before you click Download.
