I have this old 5.1 speakers. I want to use only the subwofer and the front speakers.

Not unless you have other options for audio out. You only have a digital output and analog inputs.

You may be right, but what’s that yellow input? It might be digital audio. Unfortunately the signal is optical, not RCA.

Yes you could do this easily with the correct cable...just find chinese seller if they sell such cable or u just need the connector and join the cable yourself....The keyword here is Digital Audio out to RCA

There are audio outputs on the SCART connector. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SCART. just left and right audio out, no sub-woofer.

Ok, I have found this. Gives jack output for front, rear and subwoofer. 20$

You may be right, but what’s that yellow input? It might be digital audio. Unfortunately the signal is optical, not RCA.

The yellow input is a dedicated input for the sub-woofer.It’s not a digital input.
