Hi all.
I buy a new, never put into operation mainboard, compliant UEFI, TPM2, >1GHz, >4GBram, proper graphics card...
I buy a new, blank, never operated >100GB hard drive.
I connect a keyboard, monitor, mouse, optical drive and ethernet.

What do I buy to install Windows 11 legally ? Where ?

You'll need another computer to launch your computer for the first time. Do you have any OS?

Why pay for the Windows 11 DVD?
Download the Windows 11 ISO from the website using your Linux,
Create a bootable Penstick from that ISO
Install Windows 11. You need pay only when you activate the license.
And, for some reason ( uSoft has many ) windows 11 does not install / run, you pay nothing.
