L6385 is a mosfet gate driver. I am pretty sure that there is a ltspice model for this device, but i can't find it online.
Can anybody help me to find a ltspice model for L6385? Many Thx.

 

The L6385 is an obsolete product.

There is no point in attempting to simulate/build something with that part, as you won't be able to obtain it.

This is the only mosfet driver that available for me. I have already designed the circuit and i just want to do some simlulation on LTspice to obtain some waveform. So that i can have an idea of how the outputs should be.

 

Then look at the specifications of the driver, and design a circuit to replicate it's functionality.

Then save that circuit's spice list as a subcircuit, and make a symbol for it.
