Hi have a board which works from ELF to HF (20 MHz approximately), and I have to care about what kind of cables I have to use to connect this board to others (a uC interfacing board, an amplifier and the power supply), in order to minimize stray capacitances and inductances. I also have to connect some switch and potentiometer, with wires and not directly soldered on board.
I connected the boards with 'custom cables', which are still good for ELF signals and testing (for example breadboard connections).
I suppose the best choice would be coaxial cable. Looking here on Wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coppe...e_.28for_telephone.2C_cable_TV.2C_Ethernet.29
I also get interested to twisted-pair cables.
Could you please suggest me what kind of cable should be the best choice for my connections.
Thank you in advance.
