Have you asked The Google? The Google can provide you with countless C programming exercises. Ask The Google.

 

search for the latest amdocs codemania problem. I found it pretty good exercise.

 

Their are numerous sites that post programming exercises that you can solve using whatever language you like. Many have problems that range from ones you can figure out the answer by hand in a few minutes to problems that one a few people are able to solve. One that is very interesting is Project Euler.
