BUFFER CMOS configuration: how to evaualte VOL,VOH,VM

accourding to the pic above i need to find VOL,VOH,VM.
two of the transistors are ENH type.
as i found up the Pmos isnt conducting for any of the two inputs (VOH,VOL)
as a result :
VIN=VOH: the Nmos will charge the capacitor untill V0=VDD-VTN , the the transistor will enter the non-conductiong mode and stays stady untill any chage in the input will arive--> VOH=3.5V
VIN=VOL: assuming 0V=VIN , Nmos-will not cunduct and the capacitor will discharge throu the Pmos transistor untill the Pmos will no loger cunducter
--> VOL=1.5v

1. Am i rite in thous considuration?
2. how can i find VM (VM=vin=vout)
