Good day everyone. I would like to ask how can I test my LTC3780 if it's still working?

Put it in a circuit (such as the one on the front page of the data sheet) and see if it works.

 

Or buy this and solder in your suspect chip.

 

This remind my about my LT1072 switching regulator i am not sure if it works but it seems doesn't work because it cannot generate the required voltage.
