You're going to need a brushless motor driver of some sort. If it's a 3-phase brushless motor then you'll need an appropriate 3-phase controller/driver.

could you find all of the parts I need on amazon or aliexpress to make it work i just want on / off

The motor at AliExpress has absolutely no detailed specifications. Then they probably will not show how to connect and use it.
Amazon will be the same.

This guy has stellar videos and covers more in this video than I could ever type in a post.

He's right. Don't make a BLDC controller like that. If you really want to spin it fast, a BLDC FOC controller with flux/field weakening (reduces the back-EMF for a given speed) is a good choice.

For the OP with battery power. Get a DC to DC converter that outputs the equivalent DC voltage of the motor/controller set AC feed voltage requirement. Most of the cheap 6-step trapezoidal BLDC controllers can be run on DC as the AC input is rectified into a DC link voltage for the output stage.

It is not a servo so do not use a servo tester.
Instead it is a brushless motor that is driven from a brushless motor driver. It has 3 wires.

A cheap motor for toys has brushes that wear out and has only 2 wires.

It is a small brushless motor with a RC controller. It requires a positive 5V pulse every 18mS, with a pulse length that can be varied between 1 and 2 mS. A servo tester gives exactly the control signal it needs. The yellow wire on the servo connector is the control input. The control signal reference is the black wire (circuit common). Bolt the motor down before you test it. It is quite powerfu and could cause some damage.

How to do this WITHOUT a damn Arduino? I cannot find tutorials ANYWHERE for a motor with the (3) wires.

IM looking for something premade, not to make it myself. thanks ...
So I made a new thread. Please undelete it. thanks.

This is the thread in which you will—or will not—get help. I am afraid that your disinterest in learning about the nature of the motor will mean that you won’t be able to figure out the answer.

You might try asking some of the AliXpress vendors that carry that and similar motors. I am not being sarcastic, they might just be able to give you the answer you want. People here want to teach as a way of helping but the AliXpress folks are happy to sell you something if they have it.

Good luck.

Perhaps someone here has something to sell other than marketing and promoting AliExpress (Chinese Vendor) .
Thanks for your Feedback. Do not appreciate your tone.

The controller for that type of motor, 100,000 RPM ducted fan, is a specialized product designed specifically for that type of motor. Modifying the battery power source to something compatible with a existing product is IMO the most likely way to success for something off the shelf. The motor/driver combinations are made in China so there will likely be a Chinese vendor selling it.
