complex nos., permutation combinations, probability, sequences and series(all types- diverging, converging, log, exponential, telescoping etc), binomial thm for any index, theory of equations (quadratic and all), misc equations, number theory

Try Engineering Mathematics by K.A Stroud

It will provide you with a decent step through from first principles to general solutions, with an emphasis on application rather than derivation.

The only topics I cannot remember being a part of this text is permutation combinations, and Number Theory is not tackled as an individual topic, though this may have changed in recent editions.

If you are looking for a text that places emphasis on derivation from first principles, you are probably better investing in a Pure Mathematics textbook.
