Hi hope this is the place to ask,is it possible to find a simple transmitter button ( ideally waterproof) to sync with a Bluetooth earpiece so a blind swimmer can be given simple prompts while open water swimming,one buzz left,two buzzes right etc!
I am an old school mechanical technician,so keep it simple if you are able to help please!

Thanks for replying so quickly!,yea,that was my first thought,but there are a few problems,actually blowing the whistle when full of water,plus whistles are used as emergency signalling in open water events.
There are waterproof Bluetooth earphones,but I don't have the knowledge to generate, transmit and sync a signal to them.
