Unfortunately this isn’t All About Crystal Balls

First, why do you need to know the diodes needed by your controller?

Who manufactured your plow? And the controller. There may be a manufacturer name (and model number) printed on the circuit board.

Take good, clear pictures of the circuit board plus close-ups of the diodes in question and post them here.
