I had been trying to create a BJT Multistage Amplifier circuit which had a total voltage gain of -40. The problem is whenever I tried to calculate the value starting from the total voltage gain it always goes wrong and totally different comparing the simulations and calculations. Anyone can help out on the values (Values of the resistor, capacitor or anything relevant) ?Thanks.

Below are my circuit. Please ignore the value its totally wrong after comparing.

I removed V- because it hurt my head. lol
I increased V+ to 6V.
R2 value changed to get Q1-C at near 1/2 of the supply. You can do the math or just change R2 so Q1 Collector is about 3V.

If you want a low voltage version; I changed V+ to 2.5V and R2=21k. Q1-C is near 1.5V.
