I would like to know which software is the best to simulate for exemple an Arduino circuit. I would like to draw a schematic with all the components on that software and then simulate to see the caractheristics. Which one has all the chips available and can give the information on the circuits like voltage, current, power etc.

LTspice is s popular simulator but I don’t think it can simulate the Arduino. If you mean all the other stuff attached to it, then LTspice should be fine.
