I'm not really sure where to start with this, so I'm starting here, and maybe someone can push me in the right direction. I'm trying to figure out how to create a device (or maybe one exists) that will allow me to use a battery such as an Anton Bauer 14.4v / 91WH battery with USB-C devices. So the input would be the battery and the output would be a USB-C female plug.

Anyone have any ideas?

Look at the 7805 Voltage regulator as a possible option, also a step down SMPS .

The module I posted is all in one, you could change the USB 'A' to a 'C' type or just use flying leads to the 'C'.
