have power pro PCB4L&6L 661-11101401-006, 240/12 battery charger, 2700mA: no op.
Odd component under board, 2 wire, heat shrink wrapt, rectangle with rear cylinder, in series with +ve op. might have v small sub board or be regulator? charger has 2 LEDS [red and clear] no fuse. red LED works when powered, other?
some poor joints on board. SUSPECT bad disconnect blew it, or screw jammed beside board inside it, but not in contact when found.

edit#1
prob an scr charging limiter, but i don't know what's in them. assume op goes off when battery reaches 13.x v?

sorry, not that big. might be a use once. would need to be abt 5a peak tho. would it have a resistor? looks a lot like a chip on a small mount, with a resistor behind it. shrink wraped. no h eatsink

edit #2
found man reset 3A breaker abt $10 ea can have flush or raised button. 5A also as blade fuse type. iundecided which. 5a may never trip, 3a may not hold set. will read spec sheet. peak is abt 4.2a, but very briefly at 100hz. protection against short only req'd, so 5a will do iff diodes ok. look like 5a diodes.

oem device has heater resistor across it to keep it open on sustained overload. unit has failed, both contacts and resistor. hoping 1.5w enough heat to hold open on short.
