Hello, I would like to ask about the 12V 27A battery (see image), does the battery actually deliver 27 Amps or is it some model? The battery is to be used for a universal remote control, thank you very much.

From Wikipedia:

An A27 battery is cylindrical, 27.8 mm long[1][3] and 7.7 mm in diameter, with a typical weight of 4.4 grams, and a typical capacity around 20 mAh. It has nominal voltage of 12 V.

So, in normal use, it would be limited to some milliamperes of current, not amperes.

Why are you using such a high voltage for a universal remote?

It looks like a very confusing label, as it looks like an AA size battery. And because it is a Hong Kong product the question of what it actually is remains a question. I have seen 1 volt batteries about that size used in amplified microphones.
