I'm having the hardest time getting a proper/industrial name of this barrier block type, in the hopes to order some from digikey or mouser.

Unlike the barrier blocks that have screws, these (see picture below circled in red) have quick disconnect lugs.

Thank you! The term "spade" was the key.

 

"Spade" is probably a misnomer, but that's what it has come to be called.



The tool on the right is a spade (think of the card suit). The one on the left is a shovel.

 

Do you need a quick disconnect?
If not, for permanent installations, I would suggest using more secure methods, either screw terminal or ring connector.
