Anyone here know how to wire up and MOD 10 going backwards nlogisim? 9-0? in a decade and ones counter. Breaking my head here. I have a mod 10. 0-9 easy! However going back is actually breaking my brain....

Have you seen the internal diagram of a 40192 U/D Counter, ref this PDF.
It is not easy, but the diagram may help.

Do you want a mod 10 down counter? Or a mod 10 up/down counter? They're not the same.
