B&W A7 will not power up.

I have an A7. We had a power outage and now the light does not come on. I contacted B&W support and they directed me to unplug it, press the power button for 5 seconds, then plug it back in. I still don't have a power light. I've tried to reset it and tried a different outlet. It was originally plugged into a surge protector.

Is there a fuse internal to the unit?

Any ideas?
