Hello friends,

I have a question for you. In military aircraft, high voltages such as 270VDC are used. I am researching the coating materials used for the external insulation of avionics units at these voltage levels. The materials used must comply with military standards, and I need information about the testing procedures after the coating is applied. I require the relevant test standards for this purpose. What type of materials are used to provide electrical isolation surface of avionics units? For instance, to prevent arcing during connector replacement due to external surface contact. Are there military standards that encompass the procedures for this insulation? Furthermore, are there military standards for the durability testing of these insulation materials? Like MIL-STD-XXX or MIL-SPEC-XXX. Thank you for your attention.
