The tool forces you to share your circuit or pay a monthly fee to keep them private. I guess acess to the circuit is one thing, knowing what the circuit does and how it is valuable is something entirely different.

Yeah its a really neat tool.. I tried it a month or so ago and had fun with it..
You don't even need a physical board and can build all sorts of circuits/write code,etc...

and it will even do PCB layout and you can order boards.. no idea on the pricing though..
