It'd be nice to be able to configure an audible alert whenever a message arrives in a thread that's being watched/followed.
Sometimes I'm doing something else and not paying attention to the AAC window in particular, but I'm really looking forward for an answer, so I have to keep looking back frequently at that window.
An audible alarm that kept sounding until I made the AAC window active would solve that problem.

Yeah.... that's why I suggested it should be configurable

 

Also, I feel that the time between alert checks that the page is doing should be a little shorter... I usually have to reload the page to see what's up...
but maybe I'm just impatient and that's only my opinion, of course...
