I have the above Micro that is protected can i avoid the protection fuse and read the contents?

You can do this if you are a good bit smarter that the chip manufacturer or you can find someone who is and is prepared to show you how.

 

What you need to do is unseal the package, and read the bits with a scanning electron microscope.
