Attempt to implement an Observer(state estimator) in Control Theory

I don't know if I am in the right place for little help or kindly indicate where could I ask for help
I derived the following state matrices1609184507312.png and I chose the first state( as one sensor) and the other states are estimated. I did an attempt on Simulink for the above results.

Attached I did some screenshots of the Simulink block diagram, config state space block, config observer block, and simulation results.

I need some comments If I implemented correctly the Observer or otherwise suggest out any improvement may I can do.
