Atmel ice target voltage problem

Hi,

I am having trouble with connecting atmel ice. FYI im a newbie with the ice.

For this I am using atting4313-pu.

Problem 1)

I am 100% sure I am wiring it correctly from the header plug to the micro but I do not get a green light indicating a good power supply to target. Also under target voltage I will get a negative voltage.

However when I connect VCC to GND rail and GND to VCC rail I get a green light. Im certain this can not be correct as I have used this power supply multiple times before and it has worked correctly.

I have no idea what is wrong here, so any help with be helpful.
