ATMega32 Issues

Thanks for all of your help. One day when I was disassembling a circuit on my breadboard I noticed that my regulator was hot, I saw that the 7.5 volt battery was connected to the OUTPUT of the v-reg which was connected directly to the micro. I was not sure if this had killed the micro so I went ahead and asked here. I guess it did.:(:(:(:(

Yep....That would do it in alright.

Chalk it up to a learning experience. If you stick with electronics long enough you are bound to have these learning experiences from time to time.
