Yes, you do. Once you get the parts list you will need instructions how to convert a schematic into a PCB pattern.
Then you will need instructions how to transfer the pattern to a PCB to protect the copper.
Then you will need instructions on how to etch the copper.
Then you will need instructions about soldering small components to the flexible PCB.
Then you will need instructions on how to program the Arduino

Then you will need instructions about programming the Blootooth module to communicate with the controller

Then you will need ...

This is not an afternoon project. It will take some research from you, not us. Nobody here has made a quadcopter from an arduino.

 

There is no "one size fits all" code for a quadcopter. The code will have to be tweaked according to engine power, battery capacity, installed navigation sensors, type of controller etc.
