Hi All, I have attached the image of a barrel jack and wondered if anyone knows which pins are what i.e signal and ground.

Simple. Insert the mating male plug and use an ohmmeter to look for continuity between solder tabs.

 

Or look up the manufacturer's data sheet. It should give the pinout.

 

Look at the data sheet, it is a Mono audio jack, the rear one is the GND the front, the signal.
