Hello.
Mine is stuck displaying an out-of-band frequency (51.750 MHz) in all channels and cannot erase memory bank nor do a factory reset. Any expert here ?
Is the memory kept when unplugged from wall ?

 

Fixed. Bad IC socket, one pin was not making contact. Unusual. Done. Works. Happy.

Listening/monitoring radio communications - commercial, amateur, police, fire dept., airport, ambulances VHF - UHF in mostly FM; This one below 30 to 50 MHz; 144 to 174 MHz, 420 to 512 MHz. Were very popular until analog modulation mostly faded. You save the frequencies keyed into memory channels and repeatedly scans them endlessly or scans a band portion you define. The resurrected one :
