Anyone come across LCD HMC16298SG-PY-12-4

Hi everyone,

I purchased this LCD: HMC16298SG-PY-12-4 but Google has been unhelpful.
Other than this marking the PCB shows a silk screen printed PRO29803 and that's it

Any help with data sheet will be appreciated! The LCD was made in the tenth week of 2005.
