It’s been sitting for several years, worked fine last I used it, and I’ve replaced the rechargeable battery. Now, the transmitter part will turn on, light the LED, then a second later shuts off. Yes, it’s ancient. And yes it’s a waste of time. But…could it be old caps? No obvious signs of failure, but the unit is at least 10 years old…
Thoughts, other than the obvious “throw it away”? LOL
