$6M worth of Oregon houses used by interstate drug trafficking organization seized
In July, 2023, Rong had previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture marijuana and was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison and five years’ supervised release.

According to court documents, Rong bought several houses in Oregon using different identities and used them to grow and process marijuana. The marijuana was then transported to states where use is still illegal.

From August 2020 to 2021, Rong’s organization trafficked more than $13.2 million in black market marijuana.

A 14-month investigation started after OSP learned of excessive electricity use at several properties, which resulted in multiple transformer explosions. Complaints from neighbors corroborated law enforcement’s belief that Rong was leading a large black-market marijuana operation,

This is why you always want to follow the NEC electrical code for your black market grow houses.

Maybe this also says something about the state of life.

As to the state of real estate owners and big money purchasers, "Monopoly" is actually happening right now all over the USA.
As to the overall intelligence of the general population, "Barbie" and "Super Mario Brothers" were the biggest hit movies in 2023.
Overall intelligence of the general population by movie hits?
The Love Bug was #2 in 1969.
