Hello
I need help with my analog multimeter. I'm using it for testing capacitors. Issue is that needle wont move when I want to measure resistance or something else.
I take a look inside, everything seems ok.

If the needle is able to move a bit when you rotate/shake the meter gently then the movement is not jammed. In that case there is an open circuit somewhere.
If you were discharging capacitors into the meter when on a low current range, the meter movement coil could be blown, as discharge currents can be high.

poking the resistance range on to anything over about 22uF should kick the pointer a bit as the test current charges the capacitor, a highly sensitive taut band suspension meter might show some sign of life with smaller capacitance.

Some DMMs have a few capacitance ranges. With electrolytics you might want to test ESR - that's a whole 'nother instrument.
