I'd like to thank you guys very very much for the help you guys provided. Also apologies for the late replys I had a very busy week I couldn't be online.
The problem is solved, in fact it was so simple and one of you guys said that, the schematics doesn't actually represent the LM324 but it represents 4 op-amps!! I've been connecting the Lm324 based on the provided pin numbers and there was the problem. Now that I followed the scematics and linked them to each op amp of the LM324 the oscilloscope circuit works flawlessly ..
I'll try to connenct the rest circuits and see what happens and I'll ask for help if needed . Again, Thank you guys a lot.
