Does anyone know of a good kit for a Class A Amplifier with Bass and Treble?

Also a kit for a AM/FM Radio would be welcome.

Many thanks

Thank you, but I wanted to connect the AM/FM/DAB Radio to the Amplifier. But perhaps purchasing a completed model would be better since a certain degree of HiFi would be required. However, that Kit does look interesting and I think I will get it to experiment with.

Class-A was used a long time ago on vacuum toob amplifiers. They wasted a lot of power making heat.
Class-AB is used for most hifi amplifiers today.

Many amplifiers are made on an IC. If there is a kit available then it is simple to assemble.

The expensive kit uses a very old fashioned design that is far from being HiFi.
It will produce low power with lots of distortion and have a poor frequency response. It will probably only pickup and be overloaded by strong local radio stations.

My first Hi-FI audio system 61 years ago was a kit that used vacuum tooooobs.
I replace it with an assembled FM stereo receiver 58 years ago that still works.
