I would like to lower the gain for on the predriver DS-46 Pre-Driver. I'm using the collector output to connect point 51 to a class D Amp. I beleive the class D Amp input
impedance is 10K
What I need help with is to lower the gain on the preamp. For example modify the values of R111,R112. Please see the attached file.
Thanks in advance,

Jeff M.

A simple way to reduce the gain without changing the transistor bias would be to remove the emitter resistor bypass capacitor. It is identified as C113 in the device JPG It is a 100 MFD capacitor. Removing it should be simple, and an easy operation to reverse at a later time, if needed.

That mod is simple. Thanks for the reply.
